Grant of license and usership:
Article 1:  Personal Information
a. Personally identifiable information including but not limitted to email address.
and IP address will be collected, however only for the use of the Cyanide-x Staff.
b. The staff of Cyanide-x values your privacy and will never share your information
with any third party.
c. Your passwords will be encrypted and stored securely in our databases, at no time
will a plain text password be stored on our databases or in our filesystem.
d.  Should you do anything illegal Cyanide-x's Staff will not hesitate to share this information with authorities
Article 2:  Rules and Regulations.
a.  By accepting this agreement you agree to abide by all rules of the Cyanide-x community.
b.  Rules include:
	1. Advertisement of any sort other than that approved expressly by administrators is prohibitted.
	2. Ethnic and racial slurs, swearing, and harassment of any form are grounds for editting any post.
	3. Posting any adult material in photo albums is prohibitted and grounds for banning.
	4. Any ban set by an administrator may be appealed only by emailing akill@cyanide-x.net.
c.  You acknowledge the right of the cyanide-x staff to set bans at their discretion and do not hold responsible the staff of Cyanide-x for any bans effecting you.

Article 3: Limitation of Liability
a.  You agree to hold Cyanide-x and its staff irresposible for any damages that may result from this software.
b.  You agree to hold Cyanide-x and its staff irresposible for any legal recourse that may befall you
for using this site.
c.  You agree not to post any copyrighted material without express written permission from the owner of the copyright.
